Making a claim
Tell us as soon as something happens. Early notification usually makes a claim faster and simpler.
What helps your claim
- Photographs of the dog, equipment or damage
- Your intake notes and signed consent forms
- Veterinary invoices or reports where relevant
- Contact details for the customer and any witnesses
- A crime reference number for theft or malicious damage
Important
Do not admit liability or agree to pay anything before speaking to us. Doing so can prejudice your position and affect the claim. Claims are handled under the terms, limits and exclusions of your policy wording.
